By accessing or using InstallQuote AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
InstallQuote AI provides a hosted quote intake platform, lead management dashboard, and related tools for Australian installation businesses. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Subscription and billing
InstallQuote AI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. After the trial period, your card will be charged at the current plan rate. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content through the platform.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without permission.
6. Customer data
Enquiry data submitted by your customers through your quote intake page belongs to you. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers to collect and process their data.
7. Limitation of liability
InstallQuote AI is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
